ConcreteNZ 2023 Conference

Geosynthetic Partners International Ltd (GPIL) is once again very proud to be supporting the concrete industry at the Concrete NZ Conference 2023 at Claudelands in Hamilton from 28 to 30 September.

Come and talk with us at Trade Stand 16 and discover how GPIL can improve your concrete solutions and provide your clients with resilient and sustainable cancer-free concrete.

GPIL distributes Mateenbar GFRP rebar, dowels, form ties, bolts, and ground anchors across NZ and the Pacific for Pultron Composites, a New Zealand business success story synonymous with global leading quality GFRP materials and winner of many export awards. GPIL also represents Barchip Inc, a leading global manufacturer and experts in Barchip macro synthetic fibres.

These materials are utilised in a wide range of structural concrete solutions across shotcrete, precast, industrial floors, flatwork, road pavements, track slab applications, soft eye diaphragm walls, piling, bridge piers, decks and port structures. Our materials comply with recognised international material and design codes, and we are available to support designers and fabricators with guidance on technical properties, design codes, and software.

Both Mateenbar and Barchip offer resilient and sustainable lower-carbon solutions in concrete structures. These materials provide non-corrodible concrete replacing steel, coated steel, and stainless-steel rebar and fibres in many concrete applications in both harsh environments as well as everyday applications for structural concrete. The materials are non-conductive, non-magnetic and for Mateenbar, have a coefficient of thermal conductivity like concrete which substantially improves the energy efficiency of building structures and avoids thermal energy loss from steel reinforcement.

We look forward to seeing you at Trade Stand 16 and conference workshops and papers and discussing how you can bring real value to your clients in today’s world.
