High Modulus, High Radial Stiffness Geogrid

Secugid geogrids are made of stretched, monolithic polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) flat or profile bars with welded junctions. Secugrid® geogrids combine high stiffness and low creep tendency with extreme robustness.

Secugrid Q1 series geogrids are used in road and rail pavement sub-base and sub-ballast, seaports and airport hardstands, and in working platforms to stabilise and reinforce aggregate layers and to reduce total pavement thicknesses. Secugrid and Combigrid are also used to limit the effects of lateral spread in shallow foundations above soils with potential for liquefaction.”
